中文摘要: 本文以BKHP-12型石油压裂液混配车副车架作为研究对象,对副车架结构和载荷进行适当简化,通过建立副车架有限元模型,再采用有限元软件ANSYS进行性能分析。分别在弯曲、扭转工况下进行静力分析,找出副车架薄弱环节,检验结构合理性并提出改进措施;在约束条件下进行副车架模态分析,对其振动特性进行分析,结果表明副车架具有良好的抗外部激励振动特性。本文提出的方法对石油压裂混配车设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:A BKHP-12 mixing vehicle’s sub-frame which is used in hydraulic fracture is studied in this paper. The sub-frame’s structure and load are simplified firstly, and the finite element model of the sub-frame is established, then the performance is analysed by finite element software ANSYS. The weakness of sub-frame is found out, the rationality of the structure is tested and the improvement measures is put forward which is based on the static analysis in bending and torsion condition. The sub-frame’s modality is analysed under the constraint conditions, and its vibration characteristics are also analyzed. The results show that the sub-frame has good vibration resistance characteristics of external excitation. The research method in this paper has directive value to develop mixing vehicle for hydraulic fracturing.
