中文摘要: 研究了在磁体制备过程中添加Al2O3粉体对(PrNd)31(AlCoCuGaZr)1.55B0.98Fe合金磁体密度、微观结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,随着Al2O3粉末的增加,磁体密度和矫顽力都呈先上升后下降趋势,剩磁与最大磁能积缓慢下降。Al2O3粉末添加量为0.1%时,磁体密度提升0.01g/cm3,继续添加,密度开始下降;当添加量为0.2%磁体矫顽力显著提升(提高5%),综合磁性能最佳。显微组织表明,适量添加Al2O3,磁体平均晶粒尺寸减小,能改善磁体显微组织,促进磁体致密化。此外分布在晶界中的Al2O3/Re2O3,能够钉扎晶界,细化晶粒,提高磁体矫顽力。

Abstract:The influences of Al2O3 addition in the grain boundary on the microstructure and magnetic properties of (PrNd)31 (AlCoCuGaZr)1.55B0.98Febal alloy is studied, the results showed that within the amount of Al2O3 addition, the density, coercivity of the mangnets can radiate downward trend after the first rise, but the Br and (BH)m with Al2O3 added slowly declining. When the amount of Al2O3 is 0.1%, the density is improved 0.01g/cm3. It is found that with 0.2% Al2O3 added,the coercivity of magnet significantly increased, increases by 5%, and the composite magnetic is best. Microstructure observation showed that adding Al2O3 on the grain boundaries can help to descrease the grain size,optimize the microstructure and promote the densification of the magnet. Also, the Al2O3/ Re2O3 on the grain boundary can pinning grain boundaries and refining grain to increases the coercivity of magnet.
