中文摘要: 采用硬度测试、单轴拉伸、金相分析、X射线衍射和扫描电镜等研究了冷轧变形对热挤压LZ91镁锂合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热挤压态LZ91镁锂合金由α相、β相以及Mg/Zn化合物组成,该合金具有良好的塑性变形能力,可进行大变形量的冷轧变形,最大变形量可达95%,在轧制变形时物相保持稳定;随着轧制变形量的增加,合金的延伸率呈现出先降低后升高再降低的特点,由于加工硬化和晶粒细化,合金的硬度和抗拉强度均得到提升,变形量为95%时,抗拉强度达到267MPa。

Abstract:The effects of cold rolling deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot extrusion state LZ91 magnesium lithium alloy by using hardness testing, uniaxial tensile, Optical Microscopy(OM), X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The results show that the hot extrusion state LZ91 magnesium lithium alloy composed by α-phase, β-phase and Mg /Zn compounds has a good plastic deformation capability, and the maximum cold rolling the is up to 95%. The alloy’s phase keeps stable during cold rolling deformation. With rolling deformation increasing, the elongation of alloy rises at first, then descends. The hardness and tensile strength have been improved alloys due to the hardening and grain refinement, and tensile strength reached 267MPa at the rolling deformation 95%.
