中文摘要: 采用SPS脉冲放电等离子烧结成功制备出5%vol.Ti3SiC2/Al基复合材料,并研究了烧结温度和时间对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Ti3SiC2颗粒在SPS制备过程中未发生显著分解,复合材料在制备过程中也未发生明显的界面反应,外加增强体颗粒形状完整,均匀分布于基体晶粒的晶界处。随着烧结温度的升高,复合材料的致密度和硬度逐渐增大,摩擦系数和磨损量逐渐减小。随着烧结时间的延长,致密度和硬度先增大后减小,摩擦系数和磨损量呈先降低后增大的趋势。烧结温度为600℃,烧结时间为10min时,复合材料致密度达96.6%,显微硬度达38,稳定干摩擦系数约为0.3,磨损量0.32′10-2g。
Abstract:In this study, the 5%vol.Ti3SiC2/Al composites were successfully fabricated by the Spark Plasma Sintering technology. The effects of sintering temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that Ti3SiC2 particles did not decompose significantly during the preparation process and there was no significant evidence of interfacial reaction between Ti3SiC2 and Al matrix, and the shape of reinforcing particles was complete which distributed uniformly on the matrix grain boundaries. WithSsinteringStemperatureSincreasing,StheSdensitySandStheShardnessSgraduallySincreased,SwhereasStheSfrictionScoe-fficientSandSwearSvolumeSgraduallySdecreased.SWithStheSextensionSofSsinteringStime,StheSdensitySandShardnessSfirst-lySincreasedSandSthenSdecreased,SwhileStheSfrictionScoefficientSandSwearSvolumeSfirstlySdecreasedSandSthenSincreased. When the samples sintered at 600℃ and stayed 10min, the density of composites hit to 96.6% and Vickers Hardness reached to 38, stable friction coefficient was about 0.3 and wear amount was 0.32 × 10-2g.
