中文摘要: 湖南某钨选厂原矿WO3品位为0.42%,原工艺使用杂醇类起泡剂BK205,产生的泡沫较小,性脆,泡沫层薄,不利于二次浮选,难以进一步提高精矿品位。为实现矿石中钨矿物的高效回收,采用BK205与新型醚类起泡剂CU组合使用,试验结果表明,在组合比为3∶1,先BK205后CU的加药方式下,小型闭路试验得到精矿WO3品位为30.13%,回收率为78.98%。工业试验表明,组合起泡剂不仅改善浮选泡沫,减少药剂用量,降低药剂成本,而且能获得比原起泡剂更好的工业指标,使钨矿物得到更高效的回收,同时也为组合起泡剂的开发奠定基础。

Abstract:Hunan tungsten dressing plant WO3 ore grade is 0.42%. The original process use fusel alcohol BK205 as foaming agent, foam of flotation is small, the foam layer is thin, brittle, which is not conducive to the two flotation. Otherwise, it is difficult to further improve the concentrate grade. In order to realize the efficient recovery of tungsten minerals, we use BK205 combine with CU. Test results show that in the combined ratio of 3∶1, the first BK205 after CU dosing mode, small closed-circuit test concentrate WO3 grade is 30.13%, the recovery rate is 78.98%. Compared with the original process, combination of foaming agent can not only improve the flotation foam, reduce the dosage and the cost of reagents, but also can obtain the original industrial index than the better foaming agent, the tungsten minerals are more effective recycling. Also, this work laid the foundation for the development of composite foaming agent.
