中文摘要: 以钨酸钠和钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用一步水热法制备了TiO2/WO3复合光催化剂。利用XRD、SEM、BET和Raman等手段表征了催化剂的形貌、结构等性能。并以亚甲基蓝为模型污染物,研究了TiO2/WO3复合材料的光催化活性。结果表明:通过水热法制备的纯WO3和TiO2/WO3复合材料均为单斜晶相,复合材料呈微米线状结构,分散均匀。光降解实验显示,纯WO3对亚甲基蓝的降解率仅达到71.52%,掺杂TiO2后可显著提高WO3的光催化活性,经过70 min光照后,对10 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色效果明显,降解率达到85.76%。

Abstract:Composite photocatalysts TiO2/WO3 were prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium tungstate and tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials. The structural and morphology of TiO2/WO3 were characterized by XRD、SEM、BET and Raman. The results show that WO3 in the TiO2/WO3 is in monoclinic phase, composite material is micro linear structure with uniform dispersion. The photodegradation of MB was used to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the catalysts. 71.52% and 85.76% MB are degraded by WO3 and TiO2/WO3 within 70 min.
