中文摘要: 采用水热法合成Sr2 共掺杂YPO4:Eu3 发光材料,用XRD和荧光光谱对合成产物的物相结构和光学性能进行表征。并对Sr2 共掺杂浓度及反应体系pH对合成样品的物相结构及发光性能的影响进行分析。结果表明,少量Sr2 (≤15 at %) 共掺杂YPO4:1 at % Eu3 均为纯相四方磷钇矿结构晶体,过量Sr2 (≥20 at %)共掺杂出现Sr4P2O9杂相;pH为6的反应体系可获得高结晶度的单一相Sr2 、Eu3 共掺杂YPO4样品。荧光光谱分析结果表明,采用水热法合成的YPO4:1 at % Eu3 , x at % Sr2 样品可被396 nm的紫外光激发而发射出强烈的Eu3 特征橙红色光。一定量的Sr2 共掺杂能提高YPO4:1 at % Eu3 样品的发光性能,过量 (>10 at %) 的Sr2 掺杂导致Eu3 荧光猝灭。YPO4:1 at % Eu3 ,10 at % Sr2 样品在396 nm紫外光激发下位于620 nm处的发射峰相对强度较YPO4:1 at % Eu3 样品提高了72.6 %。

Abstract:Sr2 co-doped YPO4:Eu3 phosphors were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure and optical properties of the as-synthesized samples were investigated by XRD and photoluminescence. The influences of Sr2 co-doping concentration and precursor solution pH on the phase structure and luminescence properties of the as-produced samples were investigated. The results show that the Sr2 co-doped YPO4:1 at % Eu3 samples with Sr2 doping content no more than 10 at % are single-phase crystals with tetragonal xenotime structure, Sr4P2O9 impurity phase can be observed in the samples with a large amount of Sr2 . The pure phase and high crystallinity Sr2 , Eu3 co-doped YPO4 samples can be obtained at pH 6 condition. The results of excitation spectra and emission spectra show that the YPO4:1 at % Eu3 , x at % Sr2 samples can be excited by 396 nm UV light and emit the characteristic red-orange light of Eu3 . An appropriate amount of Sr2 co-doped YPO4:1 at % Eu3 samples display enhanced luminescence, and a large amount of Sr2 (more than 10 at %) co-doping in the YPO4:1 at % Eu3 samples can quench the Eu3 emission. The intensity of emission peak located at 620 nm of YPO4:1 at % Eu3 , 10 at % Sr2 sample is stronger about 72.6 % than that of YPO4:1 at % Eu3 sample.
