中文摘要: 为解决传统的地下采矿计划编制工作量大、效率低等问题,提出了一种采矿计划自动编制方法:将地下矿山采矿系统看作顾客与服务员组成的多队列排队服务系统,结合影响采场衔接的多种约束条件,基于多队列排队算法的原理和流程,构造设备、采场(空间)、量、时间等多维关系的线程,采用并行处理方式,自动生成合理的采矿路径,解决了采矿计划编制的核心问题,为采矿生产计划优化工作提供了新途径。该方法采用VS2010实现,在北洺河铁矿2016年计划编制中得到实际工程应用,结果表明:该方法能自动、有效地生成采矿路径,实现采矿计划自动编排;该方法可同样适用于采场掘进、中深孔计划编制,为矿山进行科学的生产管理提供了新方法。
Abstract:An automatic scheduling method for mining plan was proposed to solve the problems like heavy workload and inefficiency in traditional underground mining planning. The underground mine system was regarded as the multi-queue queuing service system of customers and waiters. Combined with the constraint condition of stope cohesion and based on the principle and process of multi-queue queuing algorithm, the paper constructed multidimensional thread including equipment, stope (space), quantity, time, etc. The parallel processing was used to generate the more reasonable mining path automatically. The method solved the core problem for mining plan and provided a new way to optimize mining plan by programming with VS2010. The results of the Beiminghe Iron Mine in 2016 show that the method can generate mining path automatically and effectively. It realizes automatic scheduling for mining plan. The method can also be used in stope excavation and medium-depth holes scheduling. It provides a new method for scientific production management of mine.
