      针对目前草酸沉淀法处理含钙的稀土料液时,难以实现钙和稀土有效分离的问题,本实验以酸溶废水沉淀渣所得酸浸液为研究对象,通过在酸浸液中添加适量的硫酸铵和草酸,生成可溶性的(NH4)2[Ca(SO4)2]和草酸稀土沉淀的方法实现稀土与钙的分离;系统考察了(NH4)2SO4浓度、草酸用量、搅拌时间、温度、溶液初始pH值、初始稀土浓度等条件对溶液中稀土和钙分离的影响。实验结果表明:在不搅拌,(NH4)2SO4浓度为80g/L,草酸与理论用量比为1.2:1,反应温度30℃、溶液初始pH值为2,初始稀土浓度为20g/L时,稀土沉淀率为99.02%,除钙率为99.35%。
英文摘要:
      A novel technology that adding appropriate amount of ammonium sulfate and oxalic acid to pickle liquor attained by using acid to dissolve waste water sediment , generating soluble (NH4)2[Ca(SO4)2] and rare earth oxalate precipitation was proposed to solve the current problem that it is difficult to realize the effective separation of calcium and rare earth when deal with rare earth feed liquid containing calcium by oxalic acid. The effect of concentration of (NH4)2SO4 , the ratio of oxalic acid and oxalic acid theoretical dosage, stirring time, temperature, pH value, the initial concentration of rare earth leaching solution were systematically evaluated. The results indicated that under the conditions of (NH4)2SO4 concentration 80 g/L, the ratio of oxalic acid and oxalic acid theoretical dosage 1.2:1, no stirring, temperature 30℃, the initial pH value 2, the initial concentration of rare earth leaching solution 20g/L, the precipitation rate of RE and the removal rate of calcium is best, as high as 99.02% and 99.35% , respectively.
