中文摘要: 针对主通风机风量难以精准监测的问题,提出了一种单点统计测量方法。该方法利用湍流统计法测量单点时均风速,基于速度场结构近似恒定原理将单点时均风速线性转换为断面平均风速,可以有效解决风硐内风速非均匀分布和湍流脉动引起的监测误差。该方法在金川公司龙首矿风硐内进行了现场试验,结果表明,统计测量获得的速度场系数具有较好的稳定性,并能将监测误差控制在4%以内,大幅提高了主通风机风量的监测水平。该方法可用于矿井主通风机性能的定期测定和风量的在线监测。
Abstract:This paper is aimed to introduce statistical measurement method that used to promote air amount monitoring accuracy of main mine ventilator. We adopted statistical method of turbulence to measure single-point air velocity and converted it to mean velocity of the same section based on unsteady of velocity field structure. By this way, we can decrease monitoring error in fan drift that caused by non-uniform distribution and turbulent fluctuation of air flow. To verify the reliability of the method, we carried out experiments in fan drift of long shou mine. The results indicate that, velocity field coefficients measured by statistical methods have good stability, which decrease the monitoring errors to 4%. Furthermore, the method can be used to performance test and on-line air flow monitoring of mine main ventilator.
