      为了研究胶结充填体早期强度时的矿岩接触带力学作用机理,首先根据不同充填体情况下的矿房矿柱受力特点简化了相应的力学模型并分析矿岩顶板和矿柱的力学作用机理。接着进行了相关的相似模拟实验,选用没有强度的橡皮泥作为早期强度的胶结充填体,通过电阻应变仪对接触带内置电阻应变片和表壁粘贴电阻应变片的应变值进行比较,分析在不断加载过程中,接触带及各处的应变变化情况。同时进行数值模拟的相关验证工作。综合得出,在荷载作用下,在接触带处其拉压应力发生突变,通过挤压,造成充填体内部向中心区域挤压。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the mechanics mechanism of the contact zone of the ore-rock contact zone,the early strength of the cemented backfill is studied. The mechanics model of the ore-bearing pillar has been reducted according to the characteristics of the pillar under different filling conditions, and analyzing the mechanics mechanism of the rock roof and pillar. Then the similar simulation experiments were carried out, and the soft crust without strength was used as the early strength cemented filler. The strain gages of the resistance strain gauges and the glued resistance gauges were compared by the resistance strain gage. During the loading process, the change of strain in the contact zone and the location is simulated. At the same time, the correlative verification of the numerical simulation is carried out. It is concluded that the tensile and compressive stresses in the contact zone are abruptly changed by the load, and the inner part of the filling body is squeezed by extrusion.
