      本文以尿素为造孔剂,采用粉末冶金-填加造孔剂法制备2024泡沫铝合金,研究成型烧结温度、固溶时效时间对泡沫铝合金吸能性能的影响。结果表明:2024泡沫铝合金的最佳成型烧结温度为570 ℃,压缩屈服强度和平台应力值分别达到20.3 MPa和16.0 MPa,应变率为70%时体积比吸能值达到1 019 MJ/m3;时效时间的延长一定程度上提高了材料强度,但是牺牲了材料的韧性,经历15 h时效的压缩屈服强度值达到峰值,却并未提高吸能性能。
英文摘要:
      2024 aluminum alloy foams were fabricated by space-holder method using the carbamide particles as space holder material. The effect of forming temperature, aging time during the heat treatment process was investigated systematically. The results show that the best sintering temperature of forming 2024 Al alloy foam is 570 ℃, the compressive yield strength and the platform stress reached 20.3 MPa and 16.0 MPa respectively. The volume-specific energy absorption reached 1 019 MJ/m3 when the strain was 70%. With the increase of aging time, the strength of foam increased and the toughness of foam decreased. The stress level reached the maximum under the aging time of 15 h. The heat treatment did not increase the energy absorption.
