      采用刮膜机分散浇铸液的方法制备PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)基膜,通过一系列平行实验研究碱处理条件对基膜接枝率的影响。对基膜进行电镜扫描和红外光谱分析,结果表明:KOH浓度为0.1 mol?L-1,碱处理时间为50 min,反应温度为70 ℃是最佳碱处理条件,此时所制得的基膜有较高的接枝率且基膜机械强度不会受到破坏,FITR谱图分析显示在该碱处理条件下基膜表面可以生成后续接枝反应所必需的碳碳双键和羟基等活性基团。
英文摘要:
      The PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) based membrane was prepared by dispersing the casting solution with a scraping machine. The effect of alkali treatment on the grafting rate of the base membrane was studied by a series of parallel experiments. The membrane was subjected to SEM and FITR analysis,The results showed that the best alkai treatment conditions are KOH 0.1 mol?L-1, reaction time 50 min, and the reaction temperature 70 ℃. Under these conditions, the base membrane has a higher grafting rate and mechanical properties, FITR spectral analysis showed that the base membrane surface under these conditions would produce carbon-carbon double bonds, hydroxyls and other active groups which are necessary for subsequent grafting reactions.
