      国外某含砷金精矿含金29.92g/t、砷10.27%,针对该高砷金精矿,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了碱预浸、常规浸出、助浸剂强化浸出试验。试验结果表明,常规浸出60h,金浸出率为86.83%,加浸出剂2强化浸出48h,金浸出率达到92.95%,助浸剂2强化浸出不仅能提高金浸出率,而且能加快金的浸出速度,强化效果明显。

      Gold concentrate contains 29.92g/t gold and 10.27% arsenic, based on the process mineralogy analysis, the alkali pre-leaching, conventional leaching and leaching agent to enhance leaching tests were carried out for the high-arsenic gold concentrate. The results showed that conventional leaching 60h, the gold leaching rate of 86.83%, plus leaching agent 2 to strengthen leaching 48h, the gold leaching rate of 92.95%, The results show that the leaching efficiency of the leaching agent is the best, the leaching rate is 92.92%, leaching agent 2 enhanced leaching not only can enhance the gold leaching rate, and can speed up the leaching rate of gold, the strengthening effect is obvious.
