      针对广西盘龙铅锌矿选矿废水开展了水处理及循环回用研究。结果表明:采用混凝沉淀—调整pH至中性—氧化工艺可有效降低废水中的CODcr、重金属离子浓度和总溶固。净化后的废水作为盘龙铅锌矿铅锌浮选回用水,小型闭路试验在原矿含Pb 0.87%、Zn 3.76%条件下,所得铅精矿含Pb 56.20%、Zn 2.01%,铅精矿中Pb回收率为63.58%,锌精矿含Pb 1.06%、Zn 51.30%,锌精矿中Zn 回收率为91.23%,其选矿指标与自来水为回用水指标接近。
英文摘要:
      Mineral processing waster water treatment and cyclic utilization of Panlong Lead-zinc Mine in Guangxi Province was conducted.The results show that technological process including coagulation sedimentation-adjusting pH to neutral-oxidation can effectively reduce the concentration of CODcr, concentration of heavy metals and total solid of this solution wastewater. Purified wastewater was used as recycled water in lead-zinc flotation operation.While the run-of-mine has 0.87% of Pb and 3.76% of Zn, the laboratorySscaleSclosed-circuitSflotation indexes are as follows::galena concentrate containing 56.20% Pb and 2.01% Zn with the galena recovery rate of 63.58%,zince concentrate containing 51.30% Zn with zinc recovery rate of 91.23%. The indicators of beneficiation are closed to the ore dressing indexes by using tap water as recycled water.
