      本文将针对高钙回水影响辉钼矿浮选效果,采用脂肪烃类捕收剂中添加适量稠环芳烃的方法,以不会影响辉钼矿与其它非钼硫化矿物浮选分离,并能够改善高钙回水中辉钼矿浮选指标为目的,获得一种基于脂肪烃和稠环芳烃的复合烃油捕收剂。试验研究结果表明,当脂肪烃类捕收剂中掺入4%的稠环芳烃时,其高钙回水选钼指标最佳;与未添加稠环芳烃的脂肪烃类捕收剂相比,在粗精矿品位相差不大的情况下,高钙回水选钼回收率提高3个百分点以上。
英文摘要:
      This paper aims at high calcium ion from recycled water being easy to reduce the flotation effect of aliphatic hydrocarbon on molybdenite, by means of adding adequate polycyclic aromatic compound into aliphatic hydrocarbon, in order to develop a kind of composite hydrocarbon oil on the basis of aliphatic hydrocarbon and polycyclic aromatic as collector for molybdenite(meaning XLM-2), to improve the flotation effect of aliphatic hydrocarbon on molybdenite. The flotation test results shows that the optimal of molybdenite floatation indexes is obtained in the case that the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons stand at 4 percent of the total. When water for beneficiation is high calcium recycled water, the recovery of XLM-2 as molybdenum collector is 3% more than that of aliphatic hydrocarbons collector (Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons being not added).
