中文摘要: 我国羟硅铍石资源丰富,但资源开发难度较大。某含铍矿石主要以羟硅铍石形式存在,脉石矿物以石英、长石、云母为主。针对羟硅铍石浮选的难题,采用四种碱性药剂(氟化钠、碳酸钠、硫化钠、六偏磷酸钠)作调整剂,进行羟硅铍石浮选的探索试验。最终在四种药剂用量分别为400g/t、1500g/t、2000g/t、50g/t的条件下,取得了较佳的浮选指标,此时精矿BeO品位为3.24%,回收率75.29%。矿浆浮选溶液化学结果表明,在此时矿浆pH值11的情况下,这四种碱性调整剂各自的优势组分分别是F-、CO32-、HS-、HPO42-。
Abstract:The resources of bertrsandite are quite rich in China but it is difficult to develop these resources. There is a kind of beryllium ore with the form of bertrsandite and gangue minerals including quartz, feldspar and mica. In order to solve the problem of flotation of bertrsandite, four kinds of alkaline reagents, including sodium fluoride, sodium carbonate, sodium sulphide and sodium hexametaphosphate, are used as regulators to explore the flotation of bertrsandite. In the end, when the dosages of four kinds of reagents were 400g/t, 1500g/t, 2000g/t and 50g/t respectively, the optimum condition of flotation pulp chemistry was obtained with grade of BeO 3.24% and recovery 75.29%. The results of flotation solution chemistry demonstrated that when the pH value of pulp was 11, the superior components of these four kinds of alkaline regulators are F-, CO32-, HS- and HPO42- respectively.
