      针对氰化法提金领域存在的氰化物污染问题,在不改变原有氰化工艺流程和设备的基础上,用碱性环保提金药剂替换氰化钠,从源头上解决氰化物污染问题。主要考察了H2O2用量、药剂用量、矿浆浓度、浸出时间、保护碱等因素对金银浸出率的影响。结果表明,环保药剂在常温空气搅拌下即可浸金,在其用量30 kg?t-1、矿浆浓度40%,pH值为12,浸出48h时,金浸出率达到99.41%,浸金效果和氰化法相当。经贫液调浆优化,药剂消耗降至13 kg?t-1。另外,指出了环保药剂应用过程存在的主要问题,研究结果为其工业化推广应用奠定一定技术基础。
英文摘要:
      In view of cyanide pollution problem in fields of cyanide exacting gold, on the basis of no changing the original cyanide process and equipment, alkaline environmentally friendly agent was used to replace of sodium cyanide and solving the cyanide pollution problem from the source. Some factors influencing on the leaching rate of gold and silver such as H2O2 dosage, its dosage,pulp density, leaching time and protective alkali. Results indicate that it can leach gold under the normal temperature with air stirring and the gold leaching rate can reach to 99.41% under the conditions as follows:30 kg?t-1 of its dosage ,40% of pulp density, 12 of pH value and 48 hours of the leaching time, its leaching gold effect is equal to that of cyanide process, reagent consumption dropped after the poor fluid mixing optimization. In addition, problems of the application process with this reagent are pointed out,Results establish a technical foundation for its industrialized application.
