      对制备高纯氧化铝的杂质的行为进行分析。提出制备高纯氧化铝新工艺路线。提出通过调整PH和添加络合剂除去Fe3 ,添加有机试剂解决Al(OH)3.nh2O凝胶团聚问题。通过精制溶液,中和,提纯,调节PH值、煅烧等过程制得氧化铝纯度达到99.994%,压片后煅烧密度达到3.0(g/cm3)。对高纯氧化铝进行了形貌表征与X射线衍射研究,晶型转相完全,结晶度良好,为开发不同用途的高附加值产品奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      The behavior of high purity alumina impurities is analyzed. We poses a new process route to prepare high-purity alumina. By adjusting the PH and adding complexing agent,Fe3 impurity is removed. Problem of gel renion can be solved by adding organic reagents. Alumina, whose purity has reached 99.994% can be obtained by polishing, neutralizing, washing, adjusting the PH and calcining. The purity of alumina and calcined density of alumina by tablet pressure has come to 3.0(g/cm3).Morphology characterization and XRD research of high-purity alumina are carried out, which lays solid foundation for developing various high-performance products.
