      摘要:本文以陕西某地钒钛磁铁矿金属化球团为研究对象,基于“磨矿磁选-预酸浸”处理技术,研究了联合处理工艺下钛的富集规律,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等表征分析了实验前后样品及富钛料成分及物相组成,确定了“磨矿磁选-预酸浸”联合工艺下适宜的钛富集工艺参数。实验结果表明:采用“磨矿磁选-预酸浸”联合工艺技术可以成功实现钛的富集;其最佳工艺参数为:磨矿粒度74μm~106μm,磁选强度80mT,浸出剂盐酸初始浓度4.5mol/L,浸出温度60℃。在此工艺条件下,得到的富钛料中TiO2品位达80%以上,可直接作为后续提钛工艺原料。

      Abstract:In this paper, the vanadium titanium magnetite pellet in Shaanxi was selected as the research object, based on the technology of“grinding magnetic separation and pre-acid leaching”, the enrichment law of titanium in the combined treatment process was studied. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X ray diffraction (XRD) characterization of the analysis of the experimental samples and titanium rich material phase composition, determine the grinding magnetic separation and pre-acid leaching combined process under suitable Ti enrichment process parameters.The experimental results show that the enrichment of grinding magnetic separation and pre-acid leaching process can be successfully achieved the best titanium; process parameters for grinding particle size of 74μm~106μm, magnetic strength 80mT, leaching agent concentration was 4.5mol/L leaching temperature was 60 DEG C. finally under the optimized parameters, the TiO2 grade of rich titanium material can reach 80% above. the rich titanium material can be directly used as raw materials of the subsequent extraction of titanium process.
