      真密度、粉末电阻率是衡量煅后石油焦质量的关键指标,然而难以量化罐式煅烧炉各生产控制因素对其影响的主次关系。采用灰色关联分析法,以煅后焦真密度、粉末电阻率为参考数据列,以顺流式24罐8层火道罐式煅烧炉各控制因素(单罐单位排料量DR、二层火道温度T2、八层火道温度T8、生焦中挥发分含量V、灰分含量A、硫分含量S)作为比较数据列,进行关联度分析。结果表明:煅后焦真密度及粉末电阻率与各因素的灰色关联度为T2 >T8>V> DR>A>S,灰色关联度值均>0.5,表明该六个变量均对煅后焦质量有显著影响,其中影响最大的因素为火道温度、挥发分含量和单罐单位排料量。研究结果可为合理调控各控制参数提供有效的理论支撑。
英文摘要:
      The real density and powder resistivity are the key indicators for measuring the quality of calcined petroleum coke. However, it is difficult to quantify the primary and secondary relationships of the production control factors in vertical shaft calciner which affect the quality of calcined coke. In this paper, using the grey relational analysis model, taking real density and powder resistivity as the referring series, and the production control factors (discharge rate per pot DR, flue temperature of layer two T2, flue temperature of layer eight T8, volatile content of green coke V,ash content A and sulfur content S) as the comparing series, the grey relational degree was analyzed. The results show that the grey relational degree between real density, powder resistivity and control factors are T2>T8>V>DR>A>S, which are all greater than 0.5, indicating they all have significantly affected and the most influential factors are flue temperature, volatile content and discharging rate per pot. The results can provide effective theoretical support for rational control of the control parameters.
