      近年来,随着金属氧化物复合气凝胶的各种优良特性,应用领域十分广泛,本研究采用液相化学反应的溶胶凝胶法制备金属氧化物复合气凝胶,同时利用UV-visible、XRD、BET、XPS、SEM、PL、TEM分别研究复合气凝胶的能带结构以及光催化特性,包含能带关系图谱、触媒晶相、表面形貌以及单位物质的产氢率等。试验结果显示,TiO2复合气凝胶中的能带结构构吸收入射光和电子和空穴的分离效率都高于SnO2和Al2O3气凝胶,同时TiO2复合气凝胶光催化产氢效率及稳定性也高于SnO2和Al2O3气凝胶。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, with the excellent properties of metal oxide composite airgel, the application field is very extensive. In this study, metal oxide composite airgel was prepared by sol-gel method with liquid chemical reaction, Visible, XRD, BET, XPS, SEM, PL and TEM were used to study the band structure and photocatalytic properties of the composite airgel, including the band correlation map, the contact crystal phase, the surface morphology and the hydrogen production rate of the unit matter. The results show that the separation efficiency of energy absorption and electrons and holes in TiO2 composite airgel is higher than that of SnO2 and Al2O3, and the photocatalytic activity and stability of TiO2 composite aerogels Also higher than SnO2 and Al2O3 aerogels.
