中文摘要: 采用晶间腐蚀和极化曲线的试验方法,研究了7075铝合金中添加0.3%Er后的抗腐蚀性能。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察了合金的显微组织,利用X射线衍射仪进行物相分析。结果表明,含0.3%Er的7075铝合金组织细小,晶界析出大量粒状或棒状第二相,主要为Al3Er以及少量的Al8Cu4Er;合金的耐蚀性较好,晶间腐蚀程度随温度增加而增加,但80℃以下缓慢增加,100℃腐蚀明显加重。抗晶间腐蚀性能在中性溶液最好,碱性溶液最差,这一结果与极化曲线测试结果一致。
Abstract:The corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy containing 0.3%Er was examined by means of intergranular corrosion and polarization curve testing. And microstructure of the alloy was examed by OM (optical microscope) and SEM (scanning electron microscope). Phase analysis was done by X ray diffractometer. The results indicate that the microstructure is small with large granular or rod-shaped precipitates phase on the grain boundary mainly for Al3Er and a small amount of Al8Cu4Er. The corrosion resistance of the alloy is good and the intergranular corrosion of the alloy increases with the increase of temperature. The corrosion was increased slowly under 80℃, and increased obviously at 100℃.The intergranular corrosion resistance is the best in neutral solution and the worst in alkaline solution. The result is consistent with the result of polarization curves.
