中文摘要: 本文对纯钛棒材的典型缺陷——环状缺陷的形成原因和改进方法进行研究,本文以TA2纯钛棒材作为实验材料,对精整加工过程中两辊粗矫、热处理、两辊精矫后棒材进行组织和性能分析;结果表明:纯钛棒材环状缺陷是精整加工中两辊矫直和热处理两个工序共同作用产生一种棒材低倍环状组织缺陷,形成机理是两辊矫直造成边部加工硬化,材料应力增加,晶粒长大所需的畸变能增加造成热处理后的组织差异化。提出了通过控制矫层厚度避免环状缺陷的产生和使用矫直力更小的多辊矫直或电热矫直方法避免此类缺陷的产生。
Abstract:In this paper, TA2 pure titanium bar as experimental material, the finishing process of the two roughing, heat treatment, The results show that the ring-like defects of pure titanium rods are the two processes of straightening and heat treatment in finishing process to produce a kind of bar under low magnification organization defects. Is the two-roll straightening caused by the edge of the work hardening, material stress increases, the grain growth required to increase the distortion caused by heat treatment after the organization differences. It is proposed to avoid the occurrence of such defects by controlling the thickness of the work layer to avoid the generation of ring-like defects and the use of multi-roll straightening or electric straightening method with smaller straightening force.
