中文摘要: 随着地表铝土资源的逐步减少,地下铝土资源的高效回采显得越来越重要,其中采矿方法的确选是关键。将大型地下铝土矿—猫场铝矿采矿方法优选视为多目标、多准则的决策问题,提出了综合考虑采矿成本等经济指标、千吨采切比等技术指标以及通风条件等安全指标的AHP与加权和法,从初选方案中确选出适合该矿山的较优的采矿方法,即在用AHP算出各准则、子准则权重的基础上,运用加权求和的原理算出各初选方案的Ci值,最后房柱采矿法以0.4788的Ci值确选为优秀方案。现场采场实践表明该方法的高效可行性,能实现猫场铝矿的安全、高效、低成本开采,达到预期设计目标。
Abstract:With gradual consumption of surface ground bauxite resources, the exploitation of underground bauxite resources is getting more important. During the exploitation, it is a crucial step to choose an appropriate mining method. Maochang Aluminum Mine, an underground bauxite in China, has been found with a great storage of bauxite resources. Hence, there needs a proper mining method to exploitate the available resources in Maochang Aluminum Mine. This paper firstly used both AHP and weighted sum method to choose a initial mining method with synthetically considering economic indicators like the cost of mining and technical indicators like KT stripping ratio, as well as safe indicators like atmospheric conditions. In using AHP to calculate the weight of each criterion, and sub criteria based on the calculated by the principle of weighted sum of the Ci value of primary scheme.Furthermore, the room and pillar mining method is chosen to be the most proper mining method for Maochang Aluminum Mine with the value of Ci equalling to 0.4788. With the promotion of this chosen method, the exploitation of bauxite resources in Maochang Aluminum Mine has been working with high efficient. The cost of bauxite resource exploitation is also economic friendly, which satisfies the purpose of mining activity.This indicates that the evaluation method can also be used in other similar projects.
