中文摘要: 非金属夹杂物是影响软磁合金磁性能的因素之一。为探讨非金属夹杂物对软磁合金的影响,本文对比分析了国内外不同产地合金带中的非金属夹杂物,利用FactSage软件结合扫描电镜和电子探针对合金熔炼中可能生成的MnO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO系非金属夹杂物进行了研究。结果表明:合金带主要的非金属夹杂物为Al2O3、MgAl2O4、MnAl2O4等,主要以镁铝尖晶石形式存在。合金中夹杂物主要尺寸为1~5μm,其比例最高达85.56%;国内样品中小于1μm的镁铝尖晶石类非金属夹杂物夹杂物较多,其比例最高占到46%,其所占比例增加使合金磁性能降低显著。
Abstract:Nonmetallic inclusions are one of the crucial factors that affect the magnetic properties of soft magnetic alloy. In order to explore the effect of non-metallic inclusions on magnetic property for 1J85 alloy, non-metallic inclusions in the alloy strip from different manufacturers are analyzed in this paper. The potential non-metallic inclusions of MnO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO system in 1J85 soft magnetic alloy production were investigated using FactSage software combined with scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis technics. The results show that the main non-metallic inclusions in 1J85 alloy include Al2O3, MgAl2O4 and MnAl2O4 etc, primarily existing in the form of magnesium alumina spinel. The major size of inclusions in 1J85 alloy is about 1μm to 5μm, up to 85.56 percent. Most magnesium-aluminate spinel type non-metallic inclusions are less than 1μm in sample produced in domestic company, which dramatically deteriorate the magnetic property of the 1J85 alloy when content increased.
