中文摘要: 随着地下矿井开采深度的增加,高温热害问题日益突出,现已成为矿井深部开采过程中所遇到的重大技术难题。为解决井下作业环境高温热害问题,有必要对井下热害致因因素进行深入地分析,探讨井下主要热源的类别及其散热量的计算,并制定有效的热害治理方案。在对高温矿井进行热源综合分析的基础上,提出了一种以矿井水源作为冷源的降温技术方案,通过汲取矿井涌水中蕴含的天然冷能对井下高温作业面进行热害治理。该方案结合了金渠金矿1118m坑口井下的开采现状,在640m水平回风井附近建立了制冷降温系统,对280m水平中段采掘作业面进行降温降湿治理。实践结果研究表明:降温后280m水平掘进头工作环境的温度控制在28℃以内,相比降温前降低了4~5℃,其相对湿度也控制在75%左右。
Abstract:With the increase of mining depth in underground mine, the problem of high temperature heat damage is becoming more and more prominent, and now it has become a major technical problem encountered in deep mining. In order to solve the problem of high temperature heat harm underground working environment, it is necessary for the underground thermal harm due to factors in-depth analysis, calculation of heat quantity category and the main underground heat source, and make the effective heat harm control scheme. Based on comprehensive analysis of heat source on the high temperature mine, it is put forward that a technical scheme to mine water as cooling cold source, through the natural cold energy in mine water contains drawing on the work surface for high temperature and heat harm control. The scheme combines the present mining status of 1118m Jinqu gold mine, and sets up a cooling and cooling system near the 640m horizontal return air well. It can control the temperature and humidity of the mining face at the middle level of 280m. The practice results showed that the 280m level after cooling end working environment to control the temperature of 28℃, compared to before cooling reduces the 4~5℃, the relative humidity is controlled at about 75%.
