      选用L16(45)进行正交试验,利用活化能的相对变化量和钙镁离子各因素最佳值的差异,研究磁场强度、离子浓度、流速和温度对循环冷却水Ca2+和Mg2+阻垢性能的影响。试验结果表明:ΔE/E0达到最佳值的磁处理因素按其主次顺序依次是离子浓度为600 mg/L,流速为0.8 m/s,温度为30 ℃,磁场强度为0.25 T。Ca2+的最佳值依次是离子浓度为900 mg/L,温度为35 ℃,流速为0.2 m/s,磁场强度为0.5 T,Mg2+的最佳值依次是离子浓度为900 mg/L,流速为0.8 m/s,温度为30 ℃,磁场强度为0.5 T。另外负离子可削弱氢键,减小活化能,降低除垢效率。Ca2+和Mg2+与水分子间的氢键作用力以及二者结合生成水垢的反应程度不同,致使二者在温度和水速的最佳值出现差异,为了提高除垢效率应以Ca2+的磁处理因素的最佳值作为主。

      Choose the L16 (45) orthogonal test, and use the difference between the relative change of activation energy and the optimum value of calcium and magnesium ions to study the magnetic field strength, ion concentration, velocity and temperature on the influence of Ca2+ and Mg2+ on scale inhibition performance of circulating cooling water. The experimental results show that the sequence of magnetic treatment factors for reaching optimum value of ΔE/E0 is: the ion concentration is 600 mg/L, the flow rate is 0.8 m/s, the temperature is 30 ℃, and the magnetic field strength is 0.25 T. Ca2+ was followed by an ion concentration of 900 mg/L, a temperature of 35 ℃, flow rate of 0.2 m/s, and the magnetic field strength is 0.5 T, and Mg2+ is the ion concentration of 900 mg/L, the flow velocity is 0.8 m/s, the temperature is 30℃, and the magnetic field strength is 0.5 T. In addition, negative ions can weaken hydrogen bonds, reduce activation energy and reduce fouling efficiency. The hydrogen bonding force between Ca2+, Mg2+ and water molecules and the amount of scale produced by the two combinations are different. The difference between the optimum temperature and water velocity for is different, in order to improve the scale removal efficiency, the optimum value of magnetic treatment factor of Ca2+ should be taken as the master.
