      稀土无皂化萃取是稀土冶炼行业克服环境污染问题的重要技术。以氯化钕为稀土原料,研究了N235、P507、氯离子、pH值对萃取分配比的影响。结果表明,P507-N235体系可实现无皂化萃取稀土钕,在这两元混合体系中,P507先萃取稀土钕离子,同时释放出氢离子,N235接着萃取氢离子,P507萃取钕离子的反应向右进行,从而实现无皂化萃取稀土钕。当氯化钕浓度为0.14 mol/L时,N235浓度为25%、P507萃取浓度为25%、氯离子浓度为3mol/L、pH值为3-4之间时,可获得较好的萃取效果。

      The extraction without saponification for rare earth is an important technology to overcome the environmental pollution in rare earth smelting industry. Neodymium chloride was used as rare earth material, the effect of extraction distribution ratio of neodymium chloride in P507-N235 system was studied. The experimental results show that in P507-N235 system, P507 can firstly extract neodymium ions and release hydrogen ions, and then N235 extract hydrogen ions. Which can make the extraction without saponification for neodymium chloride succeeded. When the concentration of NdCl3 is 0.14 mol/L, the concentration of N235, P507 and Cl- are 25%, 25%, 3mol/L, the range of pH is 3-4, the best extraction distribution ratio will be obtained.
