中文摘要: 对铝镁合金5052(AA5052)同种板材分别进行压印-粘接复合连接、自冲铆-粘接复合连接和点焊-粘接复合连接,并对三种连接方式得到的接头失效模式进行对比,对载荷-位移曲线及能量吸收值图进行分析。结果表明自冲铆-粘接复合连接和点焊-粘接复合连接最大平均失效载荷值较大,压印-粘接复合连接最大平均失效载荷值为自冲铆-粘接复合连接最大平均失效载荷值的89%,为点焊-粘接复合连接最大平均失效载荷值的83.89%;自冲铆-粘接复合连接的能量吸收值是压印-粘接复合连接能量吸收值的6.32倍,点焊-粘接复合连接的能量吸收值是压印-粘接的5.52倍。对于静力学性能要求较高并且要求缓冲能力较好的连接宜选用自冲铆-粘接复合连接。
Abstract:Clinch-bonded hybrid,self-pierce riveting-bonded hybrid and spot welding-bonded hybrid with same material that is aluminum alloy 5052 were carried out to compare three failure modes of corrosion and analyze load-displacement curves and energy absorption value firgure.The results show that the self-pierce riveting-bonded hybrid and the spot welding-bonded hybrid have a larger maximum average failure load value,the maximum average failure load value of clinch-bonded hybrid is 89% of the self-pierce riveting-bonded hybrid,which is 83.89% of the spot welding-bonded hybrid;the energy absorption value of the self-pierce riveting-bonded hybrid is 6.32 times of clinch-adhesive.The energy absorption value of the spot welding-bonded hybrid is 5.52 times of clinch-adhesive.For the joint with a higher static performance and a better buffering capacity,self-pierce riveting-adhesive is appropriate.
