中文摘要: 从某污水治理厂活性污泥和电镀厂土壤中取样筛选出了一株高效重金属Ni2+吸附菌Z-2,经鉴定为苏云金芽孢杆菌。考察了其重金属吸附从某污水处理厂活性污泥取样筛选出了一株高效重金属Ni2+吸附菌Z-2,经鉴定为苏云金芽孢杆菌。考察了其重金属吸附性能,结果表明,菌株Z-2对Ni2+的具有较强的吸附性,投加3 g?L-1 (湿重)的菌体,对50 mg?L-1Ni的废水中吸附去除率达到 30.67 %,菌株Z-2对Ni2+的吸附过程能很好地用吸附模型Langmuir方程。

Abstract:The metal uptake capacity of a bacterial strain (namely Z-2) which was isolated from both activated sludge and heavy metals contaminated soil adjacent to an electroplating plant was investigated. The biosorption rate and nickle tolerance of Z-2 were significantly improved by acclimated by high metal concentration solution. The optimal parameters for Z-2 were pH at 6.0, temperature at 30~40℃, 8 hours’ sorption time, 100 mg?L-1 of zinc and 50 mg?L-1 of nickel concentration, and a biomass of 3 g?L-1 with 3 days’ culturing, with these these Ni2+ removal with corresponding sorption rate of 30.67 % could be reached. The absorption models matched the Langmuir Isotherm Adsorption Equation.
