      为了探索冷轧废料添加对双零铝箔用铸轧板显微组织的影响,向铝合金熔体中添加冷轧工艺废料(0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%,质量分数),用铸轧法生产双零铝箔用铸轧板,借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪(EDS)等分析手段,研究了合金铸轧板的微观组织、夹杂的形貌特征和化学成分,探讨了冷轧废料添加与夹杂缺陷之间的关系。结果表明:冷轧废料添加对双零铝箔用铸轧板微观组织有着重要的影响。当添加冷轧废料的质量分数为0%时,铸轧板组织中未发现明显的夹杂缺陷存在。当添加冷轧废料的质量分数为1%时,铸轧板组织中发现存在轻微的不规则形貌夹杂缺陷。随着熔体中冷轧废料添加量的增加,铸轧板组织中不规则形貌夹杂缺陷愈发严重。能谱分析表明,夹杂主要由氧化物、碳化物和金属间化合物及吸附杂质元素组成。

      Aiming at exploring the effect of cold-rolled aluminum alloy scrap on the microstructure of cast-rolling plate for double zero aluminum foil, cast-rolling plates for double zero foil were produced with the addition of cold-rolled aluminum alloy scrap(0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%,mass fraction), the microstructure of the alloys, the morphology characteristics and chemical composition of the inclusions have been investigated by means of metallographic microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),and the relationship between cold-rolled scrap and inclusion defects was discussed.The results show that the addition of cold-rolled scrap has an important influence on the microstructure and inclusion defect formation of cast-rolling aluminum plates for double zero aluminum foil. When the addition of cold-rolled scrap is 0%(mass fraction), no obvious inclusion defect is found in the cast-rolling plate.When the addition of cold-rolled scrap is 1%(mass fraction), slight irregular inclusions are found in the cast-rolling plate. With the increase of the amount of cold-rolled scrap in the melt, the irregular inclusions in the cast-rolling plate become more and more serious. Energy spectrum analysis shows that inclusions are mainly composed of oxides, carbide, intermetallic compounds and adsorbed impurity elements.
