中文摘要: 为了探索不同晶粒尺度的孕育剂对铝合金焊缝组织的影响,通过铜模喷铸法制备了细晶Al-Ti-B孕育剂,并对比研究了粗晶和细晶Al-Ti-B对1100铝合金TIG焊焊缝组织的影响和细化机理。结果表明,粗晶和细晶Al-Ti-B均可使1100铝合金焊缝组织得到细化,但是经过铜模喷铸法制备的细晶Al-Ti-B中的TiAl3和TiB2相更细小、分布弥散,因此对铝焊缝组织的细化效果更好。因此,Al-Ti-B孕育剂与铝合金焊缝的组织之间存在遗传关系,而通过细化Al-Ti-B的组织,则可以有效增强其对铝合金焊缝组织的细化能力。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of inoculants with different grain sizes on the weld microstructure of aluminum alloy, fine grain Al-Ti-B was prepared by melt rapid quenching method, and the effect of coarse grain and fine grain Al-Ti-B on the microstructure of TIG weld of 1100 aluminum alloy and the refining mechanism were studied. The results show that both coarse grain and fine grain Al-Ti-B can refine the microstructure of 1100 aluminum alloy weld, but the TiAl3 and TiB2 phases in fine grain Al-Ti-B prepared by melt rapid quenching are finer and more dispersed, so the refining effect on the microstructure of aluminum weld is better. Therefore, there is heredity between Al-Ti-B inoculant and weld structure of aluminum alloy,and the refining ability of Al-Ti-B can be effectively enhanced by refining its microstructure.
