中文摘要: 从某铜硫选矿的尾矿中取得的试验样含钨0.18%,钨主要以白钨矿矿物存在,以及其变化产物富铁镁白钨矿,且白钨矿交代了大多数黑钨矿,仅有少量黑钨矿,由于白钨矿含有黑钨矿残晶或微细粒包裹体,因而呈现灰色。白钨矿中钨在总钨量中占比约为89.0%,分散于金属矿物、脉石矿物中占比分别约为2.0%、2.6%,钨的理论最高回收率约为89%。脉石矿物主要是云母和石英,其次是方解石、绿泥石、滑石、粘土等。针对该铜硫选矿的尾矿试样,采用浮选工艺流程,通过选用改性油酸EW作为白钨矿物捕收剂,小型闭路试验获得品位和回收率分别为1.76%WO3、80.40%的钨粗精矿,进一步钨粗精矿经加温精选,开路试验获得精矿品位为47.35%WO3、精选尾矿品位为0.12%WO3、精选作业回收率74.57%

Abstract:The tailings of copper-sulphur beneficiation in a Mine contain 0.18% tungsten.Tungsten occurs mainly as scheelite minerals and its changing products are iron-rich magnesium scheelite, and scheelite has metasomatized most wolframite, only a small amount of wolframite,for scheelite contains wolframite residual crystals or fine inclusions, it is gray.Tungsten accounts for 89.0% of the total tungsten content in scheelite, 2.0% in metallic minerals and 2.6% in gangue minerals, respectively.so the theoretical maximum recovery of tungsten is about 89%. Gangue minerals are mainly mica and quartz, followed by calcite, chlorite, talc, clay and so on.For the tailings of copper-sulfur beneficiation, the flotation process was adopted in the test,the tungsten concentrate with grade of 1.76% WO3 and recovery of 80.40% was obtained by using modified oleic acid EW as scheelite collector in small closed circuit test.Further tungsten crude concentrate was heated and cleaned.open-circuit test showed that the concentrate grade was 47.35% WO3, the tailing grade was 0.12% WO3 and the recovery rate was 74.57%.
