中文摘要: 针对某高含碳金矿不脱碳浮选工艺,考察了不同碳含量对载金矿物浮选的影响;明确了碳质物的晶体结构与石墨化程度,评价了碳质物对捕收剂的吸附能力,研究了不同屏蔽剂对金、碳品位和回收率的影响。结果表明:随着碳质物含量从2.86%提高到7.21%,载金矿物品位从20.07%下降至1.37%,回收率从67.99%下降至10.27%;碳质物主要为半自形石墨或无定形碳,石墨化程度高于活性碳。该碳质物对药剂吸附(对丁基黄药和丁基铵黑药的吸附率分别为49.88%和27.44%)是导致金回收率较低的主要原因。萘磺酸钠(400 g/t)抑制剂可使粗精矿中碳品位从15.44%降至13.89%,金品位从22.7 g/t增加至29.2 g/t,回收率从30.76%提升至45.65%。
Abstract:Aiming at the non-decarburization flotation process of a high-carbon gold ore was investigated. The crystal structure and graphitization degree of carbonaceous materials were determined were clarified, and the adsorption capacity of carbonaceous materials on collectors was evaluated. The effects of different depressor reagents on gold and carbon grades and recovery were investigated. The results show that with the increase of carbonaceous material content from 2.86% to 7.21%, the gold-bearing ore grade dropped from 20.07% to 1.37%, and the recovery rate decreased from 67.99% to 10.27%. The carbonaceous material was mainly semi- morphic graphite or amorphous carbon, and the degree of graphitization is higher than that of the activated carbon. The adsorption of carbonaceous materials on pharmaceuticals (the adsorption rate of butyl xanthate and butyl ammonium black were 49.88% and 27.44%, respectively) was the main reason for the low gold recovery rate. Sodium naphthalene sulfonate (SNS, 400 g/t) depressor reagent can reduce the carbon grade of rough concentrate from 15.44% to 13.89%, increase the gold grade from 22.7g/t to 29.2g/t, and increase the recovery from rate from 30.76% to 45.65%.The research has certain guiding significance for the effect of flotation of high carbon gold ore by carbonaceous matter.
