中文摘要: 在中部省级行政区极力倡导低碳经济的前提下,湖南省有色金属采选业面临巨大的节能减排压力。本研究运用灰色关联分析法,从经济发展、行业发展、能源消耗三方面研究湖南省2010~2017年有色金属采选业碳排放的影响因子,通过关联度比较,得出能源规模、有色金属采选业企业个数、能源强度、经济增速、第二产业占比和能源结构是湖南省有色金属采选业碳排放的关键影响因素,提出了采用清洁能源提高能耗比、减量增质以实现集约发展、改善企业发展环境促进资源深加工等政策建议。
Abstract:On the premise of advocating low-carbon economy and energy saving and emission reduction in the central provincial administrative region vigorously, Hunan non-ferrous metal mining industry is facing tremendous pressure of energy saving and emission reduction. In this study, grey relational analysis method was used to research the influence factors of carbon emissions in non-ferrous metal mining and dressing industry in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2017 from three aspects: economic development, industry development and energy consumption. By comparing the correlation degree, it is concluded that energy scale, the number of non-ferrous metal mining and dressing enterprises, energy intensity, economic growth, the proportion of secondary industry and energy structure are the key factors affecting the carbon emissions of Hunan non-ferrous metal mining and dressing industry. Then the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as using clean energy to improve energy consumption ratio, reducing quantity and increasing quality to achieve intensive development, improving enterprise development environment and promoting deep processing of resources and so on.
