中文摘要: 使用真空自耗电弧熔炼的方法制备了名义成分为Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe-0.05V和Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe(质量分数,%)的两种合金并制备成板材样品。采用拉伸试验及静态高压釜腐蚀试验方法研究了合金板材样品在室温、高温(380 ℃)条件下沿轧向和横向的拉伸性能及在500 ℃水蒸汽和400 ℃/10.3 MPa水蒸汽中耐腐蚀性能。利用SEM观察了合金的第二相粒子、拉伸断口形貌,结果显示:添加0.05 wt%的V对力学性能改善不明显,略微提高了Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe合金室温、高温(380 ℃)抗拉强度,断口形貌均为韧窝,断裂机理为微孔聚集型断裂;V的添加细化了组织晶粒及第二相粒子,提高了合金在500 ℃水蒸汽及400 ℃/10.3 MPa高温水蒸汽中的耐腐蚀性能。
Abstract:Two kinds of alloys with the nominal composition Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe-0.05V and Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe (wt%) were smelted by vacuum arc re-melting and prepared into sheet samples. Tensile test and static autoclave corrosion test methods were used to study the tensile properties of the alloy sheet samples in the rolling direction and the transverse direction at room temperature and high temperature (380 ℃), and the corrosion resistance in 500 ℃ water vapor and 400 ℃/10.3 MPa water vapor. The second phase particles and tensile fracture morphology of the alloys were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the addition of 0.05 wt% V did not improve the tensile strength of Zr-1Nb-0.1Fe alloy at both room temperature and high temperature (380 °C) obviously. The tensile strength and fracture morphology are tenacity, and the fracture mechanism is microporous aggregate fracture. The addition of V refins the microstructure grains and second phase particles, and improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy in 500 °C water vapor and 400 °C/10.3 MPa water vapor.
