中文摘要: 为充分回收废旧锂电池正极材料中的钴镍,以废旧锂电池正极材料酸浸液为研究对象,采用氧化法去除溶液中的锰。分别研究了高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠、过硫酸钠三种氧化剂对废旧锂电池酸浸液中锰的去除效果。三种氧化剂相比,高锰酸钾是除锰理想的氧化剂。高锰酸钾氧化法除锰最佳工艺条件为:高锰酸钾用量为理论用量的0.9倍、氧化pH值5.5、氧化温度10 ℃、时间10 min。在此条件下,除锰溶液中残余锰含量少(0.14%),钴镍损失低。
Abstract:In order to fully recover the cobalt and nickel in the positive electrode material of waste lithium batteries, the acid leaching solution of the positive electrode materials of waste lithium batteries was used as the research object, and the manganese in the solution was removed by oxidation method. The removal effects of potassium permanganate, sodium hypochlorite, and sodium persulfate on manganese in acid leaching solution of waste lithium batteries were studied. Compared with the three oxidants, potassium permanganate is the ideal oxidant for manganese removal. The optimal process conditions for the removal of manganese by potassium permanganate oxidation are: the amount of potassium permanganate is 0.9 times of the theoretical amount, the pH value of the oxidation is 5.5, the oxidation temperature is 10 ℃, and the time is 10 min. Under these conditions, the residual manganese content in the manganese removal solution is small (0.14%), and the loss of cobalt and nickel is low.
