中文摘要: 将P204与Cyanex272构成混合萃取剂用于萃取红土镍矿浸出液中的Co、Mn、Fe。系统研究了协同萃取的最优萃取剂比例、水相pH值、萃取平衡时间、萃取温度及反萃的最合适酸浓度。结果表明,有机相比例P204?Cyanex272?TBP?磺化煤油=5?15?5?75,待处理溶液pH值为4.5、萃取温度60 ℃、平衡时间8 min为最佳萃取条件;反萃工序中,采用50 g/L的H2SO4溶液反萃钴,110 g/L的H2SO4溶液反萃锰,7 mol/L的HCl溶液反萃铁可获得较好的反萃效果。

Abstract:A mixed extractant composed of P204 and Cyanex272 was used to extract Co, Mn, and Fe in laterite nickel leaching solution. The optimal extraction agent ratio, pH value of aqueous phase, extraction equilibration time, extraction temperature, and the most suitable acid concentration for back extraction were studied systematically. The results show that the optimum synergistic extraction is obtained under the conditions : the volume ratio of P204?Cyanex272?TBP?sulfonated kerosene is 5?15?5?75, pH value of the solution to be treated is 4.5, the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, and extraction time is 8 min. In the process of stripping, Co can be stripped effectively by sulfuric acid at a concentration of 50 g/L, Mn can be stripped effectively by sulfuric acid at a concentration of 110 g/L, and Fe can be stripped effectively by HCl at a concentration of 7 mol/L.
