中文摘要: 以亚熔盐法回收铝钠之后的赤泥为主要原料,添加碳粉和氧化钙,对其进行还原焙烧磁选提铁,并探讨过程中钪的走向。考察了还原温度、还原时间及氧化钙添加量对还原效果的影响。结果表明,最佳还原条件为:温度1 000 ℃、还原时间0.5 h、氧化钙添加比例26%(氧化钙质量/赤泥质量)。最佳条件下所得铁精矿品位为62.79%,铁回收率为97.99%,流入精矿而损失的钪为13.08%。

Abstract:The red mud of the sub-molten salt process was used as the main raw material, carbon powder and calcium oxide were added to make reduction roasting magnetic separation for iron, and the flow of scandium in the process was discussed. The reduction temperature, reduction time and the dosage of calcium oxide on the reduction effect were examined. The optimal reduction condition was obtained as follows: reduction at 1 000 ℃ for 0.5 h, calcium oxide addition amount was 26%( calcium oxide and red mud mass ratio). Under the condition, the grade of iron concentrate was 62.79%, the recovery of iron was 97.99%, the loss of scandium for flowing into the iron concentration was 13.08%.
