中文摘要: 采用冷压烧结法,以W、Ni、Co为原料,添加微量CeO2,得到W-6Ni-4Co合金。利用X射线电子衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微硬度仪等分析测试合金相组成、组织结构和力学性能,研究CeO2添加量对合金组织、性能的影响,并探讨CeO2对合金烧结致密化、相组成及分布、相长大和力学性能的作用机制。结果表明,W-6Ni-4Co合金主要由W、Co7W6、CeO2、Ni和Co相组成,增加CeO2添加量,抑制局部烧结合金化及W相长大,使Co7W6相减少、W相细化以及孔隙增加;添加0.1 %CeO2合金组织细小、黏结相分布均匀,减弱了孔隙的性能弱化效应,使其力学性能最优。

Abstract:W-6Ni-4Co alloy was prepared by cold pressing / sintering process. The W, Ni and Co were raw materials and CeO2 was doped. The phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed by XRD, SEM, microhardness, and so on. The effect of CeO2 addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of alloys was studied. The mechanisms of action of CeO2 to sintering densification, phase composition, phase distribution, grain growth and mechanical properties were also discussed. The results showed that there were W, Co7W6, CeO2, Ni and Co phases in the W-6Ni-4Co alloy. With the increase of CeO2, the partial sintering alloying and W grain growth were restrained to decrease Co7W6 phase and refine W grain and increase porosity. The mechanical properties of W-6Ni-4Co alloys with 0.1%CeO2 were the best for the better strengthening effect of refining microstructure and uniform adhesive phases than that weakening effect of hole.
