中文摘要: 由于围岩压力的作用,仅用实验室内单轴抗压强度(UCS)无法完全表征深部采场中的胶结充填体(CPB)强度特征。为了研究CPB在深部采场内的强度特征,设计了CPB试样的侧限高应力固结(CHSC)试验方法,开展了侧限固结应力为2.0、4.0、8.0、16.0和32.0 MPa的CHSC试验,试验结果表明:侧限固结应力对CPB的强度激发效果显著,不同养护龄期CPB试样的强度激发程度不同,养护龄期与UCS(固结后)呈对数函数关系,固结应力与UCS(固结后)呈指数函数关系。通过电镜扫描对CPB试样在固结后的强度激发机理进行了分析,从微观角度解释了CHSC对CPB的强度激发原理。
Abstract:Due to the effect of surrounding rock pressure, the strength characteristics of cemented paste backfill (CPB) in deep stope cannot be fully characterized by the uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) in the laboratory. In order to study the strength characteristics of CPB in deep stope, the method of confined high stress consolidation (CHSC) for CPB specimens was designed, and the confining consolidation stress were 2.0, 4.0, 8.0, 16.0, and 32.0 MPa, respectively. The test results show that the confined consolidation stress had a significant effect on the strength of CPB. The intensity of the CPB samples at different curing ages was different. The curing age and UCS (after consolidation) showed a logarithmic function relationship, and the consolidation stress has an exponential function with UCS (after consolidation). The strength excitation mechanism of CPB specimens after consolidation was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The principle of strength excitation of CHSC to CPB was explained from a microscopic point of view.
