中文摘要: 底吹熔池熔炼沉降区的波动行为影响炉内反应后的渣-金属分离,对沉降区波动行为进行研究与调控有利于提高金属的直收率。采用冷态模型实验对底吹炉沉降区内的液面波动行为进行研究,根据单因素实验结果分析,适当增大氧枪直径和倾角、减小气体流量和降低液面高度可有效减缓沉降区液面波动剧烈程度,但氧枪倾角过大会导致沉降区出现位置后移,不利于渣-金属分离,影响冶金效率。
Abstract:The fluctuating behavior in the settling region influences the slag-metal separation after the reaction in the bottom-blowing bath smelting furnace,. Researching and adjusting the fluctuation behavior of the sedimentation zone is beneficial to improve the direct metal yield. The cold model experiment setup was designed to investigate the fluctuation of liquid surface in the bottom-blowing bath smelting furnace. According to the analysis of the single factor experimental results, appropriately increasing diameter and inclination angle of oxygen lance, reducing the gas flow rate and liquid surface height, can effectively slow down the violent level of liquid level in the settlement area. An excessively large inclination angle of the oxygen lance will cause the position of the settlement zone to move backward, which is not conducive to slag-metal separation and affects metallurgical efficiency.
