中文摘要: 采用粉末冶金法制备了Mn-27Cu(at%)二元多孔合金,通过场扫描电镜观察,Mn-27Cu(at%)二元多孔合金中亚微米或毫米量级的孔分布均匀。与相同组分的致密Mn-Cu合金相比,多孔材料的密度大幅下降,当孔隙率为71.5%时,密度为2.3 g/cm3,约是致密Mn-Cu合金密度的1/3;在微应变振幅(10-6)下,Mn-27Cu(at%)二元多孔合金的阻尼性能最高可达0.012,属于微振动敏感型高阻尼材料范畴;其最大抗压强度约为41.2MPa,但其压缩坍塌过程却表明该Mn-Cu多孔合金属于脆性材料。
Abstract:A novel porous material based Mn-Cu with spherical pores is prepared by the powder metallurgy principle, and its phase and microstructure were characterized. The results indicate that the Mn-Cu porous materials exhibit a perfect homogeneous distribution. The damping and mechanical properties were evaluated by multi-functional internal friction apparatus and the testing machines, respectively. The results indicate that comparing with the dense Mn-Cu alloy, Mn-Cu porous materials with a porosity of 71.5% have a much lower density of 2.3 g/cm3, which is about one third of the density for the dense Mn-Cu alloy. The damping peak of Mn-Cu porous material can be up to 0.012, which made it come into the domain of a typical micro-vibration-sensitive high damping materials. The Mn-Cu porous material is typical brittle porous material with a highest compressive strength of about 41.2MPa.
