中文摘要: 锂离子动力电池组的一致性是影响其性能和安全的重要因素。本文建立了电化学热-耦合电池模组模型,模型中各个单体电池的三维热模型分别对应一个电化学模型热源,实现多点对应,双向耦合。通过数值仿真计算模拟电池组700次充放电循环过程,研究结果显示:内部单体间温度差最大值达到6℃;经过700次循环后电池组内各单体间的容量和内阻的极差值分别是1.396Ah和9.5m??m-2。
Abstract:The consistency of lithium-ion battery packs is an important factor affecting their performance and safety. In this paper, an electrochemical thermal-couple battery module model is established. The three-dimensional thermal model of each single cell in the model corresponds to an electrochemical model heat source, which realizes multi-point correspondence and bidirectional coupling. Through the numerical simulation, the simulated charge and discharge cycle of the battery pack was calculated. The results show that the maximum temperature difference between the internal cells reaches 6 °C. After 700 cycles, the max difference of the capacity and internal resistance of single cell in the battery pack are 1.396Ah and 9.5 m??m-2.
