中文摘要: 采用置换法构筑了Ni/Al核壳结构复合粉末,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、背散射电子成像(BSE)、X射线能谱(EDS)等对合成的复合粉末进行了微观测试和表征。研究了反应温度、反应时间等参数对Ni/Al核壳结构复合粉末性能影响,在此基础上,通过计算得包覆层厚度。结果表明:当反应温度为40℃、反应时间为30 min的Ni/Al核壳结构复合粉末性能最佳,Ni颗粒均匀包覆在Al球表面,构成致密的纳米Ni包覆层,Ni 包覆量为1.67%,包覆层厚度1.03 nm。

Abstract:Ni/Al core-shell composite powder can significantly catalyze the thermal decomposition of propellants and is an important component in solid propellants. The coating performance of Ni/Al core-shell composite powder is a key factor affecting its application.The Ni/Al core-shell composite powder was constructed by the substitution method, and the synthesized composite powder was characterized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, EDS, and back scattered electron imaging.The effects of parameters both reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of Ni/Al core-shell composite powder were studied. Based on this, the thickness of the coating was calculated. The results showed that the Ni/ Al core-shell composite powder had the optimal performance at a reaction temperature of 40 ℃ and a reaction time of 30 min. The Ni particles were evenly coated on the surface of the Al spheres to form a dense nano-Ni coatinglayer. The Ni coating amount is 1.67%, and the thickness of the coating layer is 1.03 nm.
