中文摘要: 基于电解铝工艺废旧阴极炭块基本组成特点,提出以电解铝工艺废旧阴极炭块为还原剂贫化转炉铜渣的新方法。以热力学分析为基础,考察了废阴极炭块加入量、SiO2加入量及氮气喷吹流量对转炉渣中铜贫化效果的影响规律。结果表明,控制贫化温度1 300 ℃、喷吹时间20 min和保温时间60 min的前提下,调整SiO2加入量为3.4 % (Fe/SiO2为2.0)、废阴极炭添加量为2.8 %和氮气喷吹流量为300 mL/min时,尾渣中残余铜含量可从5.70%降到0.45%,同时废阴极炭块中F-固定率达96.6 %,实现了废阴极炭块的无害化与资源化处理。

Abstract:Based on the basic composition characteristics of waste cathode carbon block produced by electrolytic aluminum process, a new method of reducing converter copper slag by using waste cathode carbon block in electrolytic aluminum process is proposed. According to the thermodynamic analysis, the effects of the amount added of waste cathode carbon, SiO2 and nitrogen injection flow on the dilution of converter slag were investigated. The results show that when the dilution temperature is 1300 ℃, the injection time are 20 minutes and the holding time are 60 minutes, the amount added of SiO2 is 3.4% (Fe/SiO2 is 2.0), the amount added of waste cathode carbon is 2.8% and the nitrogen injection flow is 300 mL/min, the residual copper content in the final slag can be reduced from 5.70% to 0.45%, and the F from the waste cathode carbon block fixation rate is 96.3% and realizes its harmless and resourceful treatment.
