中文摘要: 本文分别制备了一系列不同Ni含量的V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂,考察了Ni对催化剂的影响。采用XRF、XRD、N2-吸附脱附、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD和O2-TPD对催化剂进行表征分析。并且通过固定床微型反应器,对比了不同催化剂脱硝性能和抗SO2、H2O性能的差异。结果表明:V-Mo/Ti催化剂负载Ni后,还原性能和酸性性能都有所提升。同时,Ni的负载还导致催化剂上化学吸附氧含量的增加,可以促进NO氧化为NO2。研究发现,脱硝催化剂负载Ni以后,能够有效增强催化剂的脱硝性能和抗SO2、H2O性能。

Abstract:In this paper, a series of V-Mo /Ti denitrification catalysts with different Ni content were prepared, and the effect of Ni on the catalysts was investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRF、XRD, N2-adsorption, H2-TPR, NH3-TPD and O2-TPD. The denitrification performance and their resistance to SO2 and H2O of different catalysts were compared through fixed-bed microreactor. The results showed that the reduction and acidity of V-Mo/Ti catalysts were improved after loading Ni. At the same time, the load of Ni also leads to the increase of chemisorption oxygen content on the catalyst, which can promote the oxidation of NO to NO2. It was found that the anti-SO2 and H2O properties of the catalyst could be effectively enhanced after the catalyst was supported with Ni.
