中文摘要: 为实现晶体硅切割废料的回收利用,本文以晶体硅切割废料为原料,引入冰晶石作溶剂,采用熔配法在1150 ℃的熔炼温度下制备出了Si含量16.06%的铝硅合金。产品的XRD、SEM/EDS、金相结构等表征结果表明合金成分单一,组织均匀,结构清晰。进一步对反应机理进行研究,发现冰晶石熔盐将切割废料均匀分散并将其表面的SiO2溶解,与后续加入的Al进行熔盐内铝热还原反应,暴露出来的Si和过量的Al液在相界面接触,Si最终进入Al液形成铝硅合金。

Abstract:In order to realize the recovery and utilization of the waste material of crystal silicon cutting, this paper takes the waste material of crystal silicon cutting as the raw material, introduces cryolite as the solvent, and uses the melting method of melting at 1150 ℃ to prepare aluminum silicon alloy with 16.06% Si content. XRD, SEM/EDS, metallographic structure and other characterization results of the products show that the alloy composition is single, the structure is uniform and the structure is clear. Further study on the reaction mechanism found that the molten crystal salt dispersed the cutting waste uniformly and dissolved SiO2 on its surface, followed by the aluminothermic reduction reaction in molten salt with the subsequent addition of Al. The exposed Si and the excess Al liquid contacted at the phase interface, and the Si finally entered the Al liquid to form Al-Si alloy.
