中文摘要: 旨在探究干式切削条件下切削参数对7050-T7451铝合金表面完整性的影响规律,基于单因素面铣削实验,得到了切削参数对切削力、工件表面形貌、加工硬化和残余应力的影响规律。研究结果表明:切削三要素对切削力和工件表面粗糙度有着明显的影响,在切削速度较低时,X向切削力略微增大,而切削速度由500 m/min变化到1000 m/min时,X向切削力逐渐较小,随后呈增大的变化趋势,切削力与切削深度、进给量呈正相关关系。较高的切削速度和较小的进给量可以改善表面粗糙度,切削深度对表面粗糙度影响较小;加工硬化随切削速度与进给量的增大呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,而加工硬化程度与切削深度呈负相关关系;残余应力随切削参数的改变呈“勺”形分布,切削速度与进给量对残余应力的影响较大,且表层残余压应力的最大值基本在0.05 mm~0.2 mm之间,而亚表层残余拉应力最大值在0.25 mm~0.4 mm范围内。
Abstract:In order to explore the influence of cutting parameters on the surface integrity of 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy under dry cutting conditions.The variation law of the cutting parameters on cutting force, workpiece surface morphology, work hardening and residual stress is obtained based on single-factor face milling experiments.The results show that the three elements of cutting have a significant impact on the cutting force and the surface roughness of the workpiece.When the cutting speed is low, the X-direction cutting force increases slightly, and when the cutting speed is changed from 500 m/min to 1000 m/min, the X-direction cutting force is gradually smaller, and then shows an increasing trend.The cutting force has a positive correlation with the cutting depth and the feed rate.The roughness is improved at higher cutting speeds and smaller feeds,surface roughness is less affected by the cutting depth;With the increase of cutting speed and feed rate, work hardening shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, the degree of work hardening has a negative correlation with the cutting depth;When the cutting parameters changed,the rasidual stress curve was distributed in the shape of spoon.Residual stress is greatly affected by cutting speed and feed.The maximum value of surface residual compressive stress is basically between 0.05 mm~0.2 mm,the maximum residual tensile stress of the sub-surface layer is in the range of 0.25 mm~0.4 mm.
